Terms of Service
Last updated: March 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodeSafe (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
2. Operating Entity
The CodeSafe platform is operated by Zovaro Group of Companies LTD.
References to “CodeSafe” in these Terms refer to the brand and platform. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Zovaro Group of Companies LTD, its contractors, and authorized representatives involved in providing the Service.
3. Educational Use Only
CodeSafe is an independent educational platform intended to help users study for trade and licensing examinations through practice questions, mock exams, explanations, and related study tools.
The Service does not provide professional, legal, regulatory, safety, or engineering advice. You are responsible for verifying any information against official and current code books, regulations, manufacturer instructions, and local requirements.
CodeSafe does not guarantee exam results, certification, licensing, employment, or any professional outcome.
4. No Affiliation
CodeSafe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), CSA Group, Red Seal, or any regulator, standards body, training institution, union, or examination provider. References to third parties are for identification and educational context only.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
You must not share your account in a way that enables unauthorized use of the Service. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info.zovaro@gmail.com.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you authorize charges as presented at checkout, including recurring charges where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access may remain available until that billing period expires.
We reserve the right to change pricing, features, plans, or subscription structure at any time. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material pricing changes before they apply.
7. Payment Processing (Third Parties)
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe.
CodeSafe does not store or process full payment card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment details are handled directly by the third-party payment processor under its own terms, privacy practices, and security standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeSafe is not responsible for billing errors, transaction failures, chargebacks, bank restrictions, payment interruptions, or other financial issues caused by third-party processors, networks, or your financial institution.
8. Refunds and Billing Disputes
Unless otherwise required by law, fees paid for subscriptions or access to the Service are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before your next billing date if you do not wish to renew. Cancelling after a renewal charge has been processed does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Billing disputes should first be directed to CodeSafe at info.zovaro@gmail.com. If needed, disputes may also be initiated with the applicable payment processor or your financial institution. Any refund issued by CodeSafe is made solely at CodeSafe’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
9. Intellectual Property and Content Protection
All educational materials, question banks, explanations, mock exams, software systems, branding, website content, designs, and platform features made available through the Service (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by Zovaro Group of Companies LTD, unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Content for your own educational use only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, upload, share, resell, transmit, scrape, crawl, record, compile, export, reverse engineer, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise redistribute any portion of the Service or Content without prior written permission.
This restriction includes posting CodeSafe questions or explanations to external platforms such as Quizlet, CourseHero, Chegg, Reddit, Discord servers, forums, websites, shared drives, group chats, or any other public or private repository.
Automated access, including bots, scripts, scraping tools, crawlers, or bulk extraction methods, is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by CodeSafe.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to bypass paywalls, authentication, or security controls
- Sharing accounts or credentials in a way that enables unauthorized use
- Uploading malware, malicious code, or interfering with platform operation
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to access or copy Content
- Using the Service in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting platform Content
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the platform, attempted to copy or scrape Content, failed to pay applicable fees, or created risk or legal exposure for CodeSafe or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and Content ends immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute handling, and any rights that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Features may be added, removed, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zovaro Group of Companies LTD, its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service or Content.
This includes, without limitation, damages related to exam outcomes, certification results, licensing decisions, employment decisions, regulatory issues, financial loss, billing disputes, downtime, lost data, or reliance on educational materials provided through the platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
