CodeSafe Canada, operating under Varkelon Holdings LTD. operates CodeSafe. “CodeSafe” refers to our product and brand. The terms of service govern Academy use and purchases; the privacy policy explains personal information handling.

Independent exam preparation

CodeSafe Academy is independent. It is not endorsed, sponsored or approved by TSSA, CSA Group, the Red Seal Program or a licensing or examination authority. References identify the subjects being studied and do not imply an official relationship.

Practice questions and mock results are learning tools, not official examination questions, certifications or a guarantee of results. Coverage may differ from the examination, code edition or jurisdiction applicable to you.

Sources, accuracy and safety

Learning materials may include CodeSafe-created content, references to standards and third-party materials used under applicable permissions. A citation does not transfer source ownership or replace the official publication.

Content and AI explanations may contain errors. Verify current requirements with official sources, manufacturer instructions and qualified professionals. Do not rely on a practice answer as authorization or instructions for hazardous or regulated work.

Intellectual property and concerns

CodeSafe and its licensors retain rights in their materials and software. Third-party trademarks and certification names belong to their owners. Permitted use is described in our terms and applicable licences, subject to rights provided by law.

Your rights
